7. HORIZONTAL DISCHARGE INSTALLATION (INTERNALBLOWER(S)ONLY)

Slide the blower to disengage its flange from the retaining bracket.

Flip the blower and engage its

flange in the back wall retaining

bracket.

Using a 5/16" socket and the

screws previously removed, secure

the blower to the hood.

Plug the blower in.

NOTE FOR DUAL BLOWER HOOD ONLY: Cut off the plastic tie wrap on left motor cable.

8. INSTALLTHEADAPTERAND THETRANSITION(IF NEEDBE)

(INTERNALBLOWERHOOD ONLY)

Using standard 3/8" screws provided,

secure the adapter to the top (or

back) of the hood (2 screws for a

3W' x 10" adapter/damper and

4 screws for a 4Y2"x 18Y2"adapter).

Seal the adapter to the hood using

duct tape. For round ducting, install

an appropriate sized transition and

seal the joints with duct tape.
